By downloading or using Vêtu you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd (registration number: 2021/481804/07), Bryanston, Sandton, South Africa.
Vêtu is an AI-powered wardrobe and style companion for iOS and Android. Features include automated clothing classification via AI, outfit suggestions, cost-per-wear analytics, and virtual try-on. Some features require a paid subscription.
Vêtu offers a 7-day free trial followed by:
Subscriptions are managed through the app store you installed Vêtu from — Apple's App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android — and are governed by that store's payment terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or in Google Play → Subscriptions (Android).
No charge is made during the 7-day free trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no cost.

All wardrobe images are automatically screened for prohibited content before processing. Images that do not pass screening are rejected and deleted. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Outfit suggestions, clothing classifications, and style recommendations are generated by AI systems. These are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You retain full responsibility for your purchasing and styling decisions.
The Vêtu name, logo, app design, and underlying technology are owned by Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of any wardrobe photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those photos for the purpose of providing the service (classification, virtual try-on, outfit suggestions). We do not use your photos to train AI models.
Vêtu is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to your device.
Virtual try-on results are generated by AI and are approximate. We do not guarantee that clothing will appear as shown in virtual try-on previews when worn in real life.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
